I actually misdialed the first 8. I meant 5, for the U.S. Postal Service 1-800 number. Sometimes that's not a coincidence. It was a press on if you want to make sure you are getting the most out of your Medicare benefits. Then for free oil changes (a car warranty insurance without them saying its "car warranty" I knew something was weird when he wouldnt let me hang up. All telemarketers are like that, try to keep you talking or get you talking so you will pay. Someone who used to be one, said she had to pressure the ppl she called, even when they told her no, until they had told her no 3 times. Then she was allowed to let them go. I would ABHORE that job, as she did.

1-800-577-3514 Caller ID said “Briannas Boutique”, they answered the call saying, “Good day, have you made a purchase with your credit card?” I responded, “Why?”. They said, “Was it on Amazon or EBay?” I responded, this sounds like a psychic cold reading technique. You can tell me the charge and I will let you know if I made it.” Then they said it was to verify if there was fraud. They finally hung up on after several attempts to get me to think it wasn’t a fraud call. Even told me my first and last name and “last 4 digits” of the card charged, but it wasn’t one of my cards AND they never told me WHERE the charge was made or what it was for. I looked up the phone number online and it’s not “Briannas Boutique”, but for a Drivers Education company. Just suspicious as heck all around.
